Registration for the camp includes:
- A weekend of seminars, workouts and fun by our expert triathlon coaches.
- Instructional clinics and practice workouts in all three events: swim, bike and run plus transitions, strength training, injury prevention, changing a flat tire and more!
- Copy of all the presentation handouts in a notebook to take home.
- Really Good "Goodie Bag" including technical camp t-shirt, tote bag, Hammer Nutrition products and other great product samples.
- All meals from Friday dinner through Sunday lunch.
