The camp includes:
- 5 days of seminars, workouts and fun by our She Does Tri expert triathlon coaches.
- Hands on clinics and supervised practice workouts in all three events: swimming, bike, run.
- Advanced practice in open water swimming, climbing on the bike and pacing on the run.
- Presentation handouts and a training notebook to take home.
- Really Good "Goodie Bag" including a technical camp t-shirt, Hammer Nutrition products, water bottle and other great products.
- Two groups dinners plus plenty of snacks.
- Opportunity to experience the sport of triathlon with other fantastic women!
Please note: Lodging is not included in camp price.
Requirements to Attend:
- You have must have completed at least 1 Olympic-distance triathlon with an open water swim.
- For safety reasons, you should be able to swim 500m continuously.
