Brief Description
An all women's triathlon training team geared to the beginner.
Go from ZERO to RACING Sprint distance triathlon in 12 weeks.Learn to swim, bike, and run with proper technique. We will train together, race together, support each other & empower each other! Includes 2 coached training sessions per wk and a training plan to follow the rest of the week. Special instruction on nutrition, open water swim, tire change, injury prevention.
Coaches are licensed physical therapists and USATriathlon certified.
Swim Instruction
All pool sessions will take place at Golfview Pool, Ft Myers,Fl
Bike & Run Instruction
Sessions will take place at various locations in Lee county
